Required time: 20 minutes + a few hours
- 1 litre exotic fruit juice as desired
- 2 tbsps icing sugar
- 3 kiwis, peeled and thinly sliced
- Ice lolly moulds
Mix the fruit juice with the icing sugar.
Store in fridge.
Divide the kiwi between the ice lolly moulds
Top up with fruit juice.
Put the ice lollies in the freezer for several hours.
